Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Supplyd" / "we" / "us" / "our" — Supplyd Pty Ltd, Registration Number 2026/166593/07, registered in the Republic of South Africa.
• "You" / "your" / "customer" — any person who accesses this website or places an order.
• "CPA" — the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
• "ECT Act" — the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, No. 25 of 2002 (South Africa).
• "POPIA" — the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (South Africa).

2. Agreement & Electronic Communications

When you place an order on Supplyd, you make an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is only formed when we accept your order, which occurs when we dispatch the goods or send a formal order confirmation, whichever comes first. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

In accordance with the ECT Act, by using this website you consent to receiving communications from us electronically.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). The price displayed is the final price you pay — there are no additional taxes or hidden fees at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time your order is accepted is the price you pay.
• Pricing errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment received. You will be refunded in full.
• Payment is processed by YOCO, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We do not store, process, or transmit your card details.
• Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed and cleared by YOCO.

4. Stock Availability

• Stock levels displayed on this website are updated periodically from our supplier's warehouse data and are provided as an indication only.
• We do not guarantee availability of any product listed on this site.
• If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer you the choice of waiting, substituting with an equivalent product, or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery. Once the courier confirms delivery to the address you provided, the risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to you.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and that the delivery address is correct.
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: load shedding, courier service disruptions, strikes, severe weather, or acts of force majeure.
• If a delivery is returned to us because you were unavailable or the address was incorrect, you will be liable for the re-delivery cost.

6. Returns & Cooling-Off Period

• In accordance with section 44 of the ECT Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel your order without reason or penalty. The product must be returned unopened in its original sealed packaging.
• Beyond the statutory period, we offer a voluntary 14-day return window for change-of-mind returns. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

7. Warranty

All products sold by Supplyd are genuine and carry the full manufacturer's warranty. We source exclusively from Syntech, an official South African distributor for all brands we carry. Warranty claims are handled by us on your behalf. See our Returns & Warranty page for full details including warranty periods by product type.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Supplyd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
