We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order history. Payment information (card details) is processed exclusively by YOCO — we never see or store your full card number.

We use your data to: process and fulfil orders, communicate about your orders, provide customer support, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and improve our products and services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Our infrastructure runs on Supabase (SOC 2 compliant) and Cloudflare.

Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights Under POPIA

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact legal@supplyd.co.za to exercise these rights.
